Schneider Electric is moving towards a greener, more sustainable future with the transition of its trusted Thalassa PLM range into PanelSeT PLM. This rebranding reflects Schneider’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and innovation, while preserving the high standards and product reliability that customers have come to expect.

One of the most noticeable updates is the new, modern lock design, carefully crafted to reflect Schneider's sleek and contemporary branding. This refreshed lock brings a polished, updated appearance without altering the mechanism or compatibility, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Despite the name change, PanelSeT PLM retains the same commercial references and product characteristics as its Thalassa predecessor, providing a smooth and familiar transition for customers. What sets PanelSeT PLM apart is its enhanced sustainability profile. The enclosure is now made from polyester containing 37% recycled material, a meaningful step toward reducing environmental impact. Schneider has also embraced eco-friendly packaging, using 75% recycled cardboard, further reinforcing its commitment to responsible practices.
The company's decarbonisation efforts go even further - Schneider is installing solar panels on the roof of the plant producing PanelSeT PLM, minimising its carbon footprint and moving closer to its vision of a greener, more sustainable future.
While the product's visual identity evolves, its internal mechanisms, performance, and compatibility remain unchanged. PanelSeT PLM continues to deliver the same robust protection and reliable performance in the harshest environments, with no compromises on product characteristics or certifications.
As part of Schneider Electric’s drive for digital transformation, PanelSeT PLM also introduces a new digital document holder, providing users with a modern, efficient way to store and access essential documents.
With PanelSeT PLM, Schneider Electric takes another step in combining product excellence with environmental responsibility - proving that innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand.
