Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Do I need to register to order online?

    You need to be registered as a customer to place an order on our website. Please complete our registration form here.

     

  • I have placed orders with you on the phone or by email before, do I still need to register?

    Yes, even if you've placed orders with us previously, we recommend registering on our website. Enter your existing customer account code at the top of the registration form and we will link your new account to your past order information. This will allow you to: 

    • View your order history
    • Download invoices
    • Check your account balance (credit account customers only)
    • Create a list of favourite items

 

  • I haven't received my one-time login link?

    If your one-time login link hasn't arrived within a few minutes of registering, please check your junk folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us for further assistance.

     

  • Is the stock figure online accurate?

    Yes, the stock quantity is current and reflects the total inventory across all of our branches.

     

  • Can I check if a product is available to collect from one of your branches?

    Absolutely! You can contact us on chat, email (sales@ilecsys.co.uk) or phone (0208 770 0376) and our team will be happy to check branch stock levels for you and guide you through the collection process.

     

  • How long will delivery take for an item that is in stock?

    Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) for 'in-stock' items will be dispatched the same day. Upon processing your order, we'll contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe. If stock is distributed across multiple branches, your order may be shipped in separate deliveries. Please see our delivery page for further information. 

 

  • How long will delivery take for an item that is not in stock?

    The lead time for items that show 'Available for back order' depends on the manufacturer. Upon processing your order, we'll contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe. If you would like to check the availability of a product before placing an order, please click the 'Check Availability' button on the product page, or contact us for further assistance. Please see our delivery page for further information.

     

  • Does 'Available for Back Order' mean the product is already on order?

    No, with products listed as Available for Back Order we will order the item in once you have placed your order with us. If you would like to know the lead time before placing your order, please contact us and we will find out from the manufacturer. Alternatively please click the 'Check Availability' button on the product page and we will be in touch.

 

  • Can I have my order delivered to a different address or straight to site?

    Yes, just add the new address to your order during the checkout process.

 

  • Can I have my order delivered outside of the UK?

    We are currently only able deliver to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland.

     

  • Can you accommodate special delivery requirements?

    To ensure a seamless delivery, please specify any special requirements in the comments section during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate these. This includes, but is not limited to, large orders that require forklift assistance, alternate contact names or phone numbers and site-specific instructions, such as restricted height access.  

 

  • I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

    If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us on 0208 770 0376 or email sales@ilecsys.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate further.

 

 

  • I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

    Select the reset password link on the account login page. If you are registered as a customer, you will receive a reset password email. If you don't receive an email, pease contact us on 0208 770 0376 or email sales@ilecsys.co.uk for further support.

 

  • How do I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard & Maestro. Your payment card must be registered to the same address as your invoice address.
