The PanelSeT SFN floor-standing decarbonised steel enclosure is made from 50% recycled materials, and the manufacturing of these enclosures is done using renewable energy sources.
Combined, the PanelSeT SFN achieves a 34% reduction in CO2 emissions comparing like-for-like with the Spacial SF range, which PanelSeT SFN will eventually replace.
We have a range of flexible options, so this enclosure can be ordered in the way that best supports your business. These can be supplied pre-assembled for customers who do not want to spend time building the boxes themselves, or in kit form for easy transport and storage, ideal for those with limited space.

Sustainable Enclosures
The PanelSeT SFN range are decarbonised, but what does this actually mean?
The PanelSeT SFN has a reference service life of 20 years. This means, under normal circumstances, you can reasonably expect the enclosure to last around twenty years. Obviously, if the box is subjected to more extreme environments such as big temperature fluctuations, heat, humidity, sand or dust, or high pressure environments, it would reduce the lifespan. The long life of these enclosures means they need to be replaced less frequently. This is better for the environment because fewer natural resources are needed over time than if you had to replace the cabinet every 10 years (for example).
Looking at hard numbers for a typical PanelSeT SFN model, the NSYSF20860P, the contribution to climate change is the equivalent to 7.45E+02 kg of CO2. The contribution to the use of renewable primary energy (excluding renewable primary energy used as raw material) is -5.49E+01 MJ. That means it is very energy efficient. It uses less CO2 and energy to produce and maintain this product through its lifetime than other models.
