LOVE2SHOP PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. The promoter is iLECSYS Limited a company incorporated in England with registered number 03426701 and having its registered office at 1 Kites Park. Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 9PX.
  2. The Promotion will run from 01/02/2024 to 29/02/2024.
  3. By participating in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  4. Customers must spend a minimum of £500 nett (excluding VAT and delivery charges) on enclosures from the Schneider NSYPLM**G range (excluding accessories) to qualify for this offer. NSYPLM**TG, NYSPLM**VG and NSYPLM**PG enclosures are excluded from this offer. iLECSYS reserves the right to qualify eligibility of all claims.
  5. The code can only be applied a maximum of 3 times per company during the promotional period.
  6. The voucher code "PLM50" must be applied to purchases of Schneider NSYPLM**G enclosures at ilecsys.co.uk to claim the £50 Love2Shop gift card. 
  7. Customers must enter the code “PLM50” online in the correct voucher code box, at the time of purchase. iLECSYS is unable to fulfil claims for gift cards after a transaction has completed. 
  8. The Love2Shop promotion is applicable to Schneider NSYPLM**G enclosures purchased on the iLECSYS website only. Purchases made via telephone or email are excluded from this promotion. 
  9. This promotion excludes consignment stock.
  10. Gift cards are offered subject to availability. iLECSYS reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time. 
  11. This promotion is open to all iLECSYS customers, including those who are already registered to purchase at ilecsys.co.uk and those who are registering for the first time to place their first order.
  12. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, iLECSYS may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a customer from participating in the promotion.
  13. iLECSYS will only process the customer’s personal information as set out in our privacy policy
  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  15. Customers will be contacted by iLECSYS to clarify delivery details for their voucher. Love2Shop gift cards will be posted to the address supplied within 28 days of invoice.
  16. If the customer requests a refund after purchase, the value of the gift card will be deducted from any money refunded.
